Terms of Service
Last updated: 14 June 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Al Jady Platform website and the Al Jady Platform import control tower, provided by Awwal Fasl Consulting (Unified National Number 7007129443), Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. By using the platform you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using Al Jady Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.
2. Definitions
"Platform" means the Al Jady Platform import control tower and the aljady.sa website. "Customer" means the organisation that subscribes to the platform. "User" means an authorised individual who uses the platform. "Customer Data" means the data you enter or upload.
3. The service
Al Jady Platform is an import control tower that brings shipments, suppliers, and documents into one view and provides visibility, alerts, and decision support for importers.
The platform is offered on an evolving basis. Features, integrations, and capabilities are released progressively, including during the founding-partner phase, and may change over time.
4. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. The platform is intended for business use by importers and related organisations.
5. Founding partner terms
Founding-partner benefits — such as a fixed price and early access — apply to a limited number of companies and are subject to a separate founding-partner arrangement. Onboarding and confirmed integration coverage are agreed directly with each founding partner.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting the service, reverse engineering it, uploading unlawful content, or using it to infringe the rights of others or to breach applicable law.
7. Customer data and responsibilities
You retain ownership of your Customer Data. You grant us the right to process it to provide and improve the service.
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data you enter manually. Insights, countdowns, and alerts depend on the data provided and on the information available to the platform.
8. Fees and payment
Fees are stated in Saudi Riyal (SAR) and are billed according to the plan you select. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of value-added tax (VAT), which is applied where required. Plan details and any founding-partner pricing are confirmed at subscription.
9. Intellectual property
The platform, its software, design, and content are owned by Awwal Fasl Consulting and are protected by applicable laws. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you beyond the right to use the platform as agreed.
10. Third-party services and integrations
The platform may connect with third-party and ecosystem systems as integrations become available. We are not responsible for third-party services, and their use may be subject to their own terms.
11. Disclaimers
The platform provides visibility and decision support. It is not a substitute for official customs, regulatory, or legal determinations, and it does not provide legal or customs advice.
Demurrage figures, cost estimates, countdowns, and alerts are indicative and based on the data and information available. You remain responsible for your own compliance and decisions.
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Awwal Fasl Consulting is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, data, or business arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the platform in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
13. Term and termination
These terms apply for as long as you use the platform. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or where required by law. On termination, your right to use the platform ends; provisions that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.
14. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information and to use it only as needed to perform under these terms.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Saudi courts.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a revised 'last updated' date. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
