Where we process data on behalf of a customer — for example, operational data entered into the platform — we act as a processor under that customer's instructions.

Operational data you enter: shipment details such as supplier, ports, container numbers, expected dates, HS codes, cargo type, certificates, and related documents.

Communications: messages you send us by form, email, or WhatsApp.

To provide, operate, and improve Al Jady Platform and to deliver shipment visibility, alerts, and the daily brief.

To respond to your enquiries, manage founding-partner onboarding, and provide support.

To send service updates and, where you have agreed, occasional product news. You can opt out at any time.
